Dividends

On 17 April 2013, the Annual General Meeting of Getin Holding S.A. adopted a resolution on payment of dividend from the profit generated in 2012 in the amount of PLN 525,503,978.99 according to the following rules:

• amount of the dividend: PLN 73,110,043.40
• the dividend of PLN 0.10 was declared on each of 731,100,434 shares;
• the dividend's record date: 30 April 2013;
• the dividend payment date: 21 May 2013
