Total number of votes as of the date of announcement of convocation of the General Meeting amounts to 731.785.319 (in words: seven hundred thirty one million seven hundred eighty five thousand three hundred and nineteen), whereas voting right arising from 1 700 000 (in words: one million seven hundred thousand) Company’s own shares, purchased within the Buy-back Program in order to redeem them conducted since 2008 is excluded.
All Company’s shares are ordinary bearer shares.
